Learning Team of the Year
This award is designed to recognise those teams that have achieved a positive change within their organisation using elearning as a performance development tool.
Your team may have implemented a new programme and experienced success. You might have had to use clever or intuitive ways to ensure faster adoption among elearners. You may have even produced a new technique that saved time and money in achieving change through elearning.
The most important factor is that your team has made a highly effective impact on the organisation and how it performs against its objectives.
Teams must demonstrate that they have made a positive contribution and that this is backed up by testimonials and other supporting evidence. Both quantitative and qualitative evidence will be taken into account.
The Learning Team of the Year will be chosen by an expert panel of judges – each one an established and recognised industry leader.
Said of our 2014 winner:
This team clearly demonstrated how it collaborates closely with business experts and stakeholders to deliver content that is relevant and has high business impact. The team also displays a keen focus on speed and efficiency as it constantly reviews new tools and approaches to increase self-directed learning across the company.
